straddie was fun.. but now i'm itching from my 2 days 1 night there... i shall label the days i spent there at moreton bay research station (MBRS) as camp.. haha.. well it felt like it.. in e day we carried stuff everywhere.. from the top to the garage.. from the garage to the top... din get a chance to go out netting.. =( but that's ok.. not like i'm prepared to get wet.. haha.. saw the creatures.. n sea cucumbers are huge.. night time went to little ships club n chill.. went back to e dorms... chatted outside for awhile.. e next day some of us went to amity point... rushed back.. and did our shifts.. and rush to take e ferry back to cleveland.. escape e super cell which never came... all in all.. it was a good trip.. met pple.. from all over.. aussies and other international students.. fun.. i wld love to do it again.. haha..

ah!! its still "storming".. i thought it had subsided in the afternoon.. when i took my nap.. but no.. it just got heavier.. drats... apparently the storm hit big news internationally... lik sms me ytd asking bout the storm.. i was surprised.. that the storm became international news.. but she said it was labeled as disaster in the news.. jessie also emailed.. and because of their emails.. than i go read the news.. and the gap was badly badly affected with the roofs of most houses gone.. as if a hurricane had tore through the north-western suburbs.. and i was pretty lucky i guess.. cos ferny grove area was also badly affected.. and before the storm start.. i was around that area.. left just as it started pouring.. lucky.. and good thing st lucia not that ulu.. and i dont stay in queenslander where the roofs will fly..

oh man.. the holidays have started and i'm starting to get bored.. friday was a good day.. "productive".. haha.. went shopping and dinner with e gang.. poor kim.. her last paper was on sat.. lol.. saturday got ready for the ball.. which was fun.. well.. they actually forced us to dance.. and since there was more gals.. i partnered jean.. finally like after so long we finally met.. wahaha... right.. anyway.. sunday was hot and sunny when i left the house.. and after my shift.. (which was around 4) i step out of the shopping centre.. the sky was dark.. saw lightning and i was so dead.. didnt bring my brolly out.. and started to rain heavily when i got onto the bus.. not only was it heavy rain.. it was a storm... alighted at roma (cos of shelter) and the trains were delayed.. double drats.. arrived at toowong and finally after awhile the storm subsided.. BUT.. its still raining.. missed the bus and didnt want to wait for another hour.. so walked home.. it took me like an hour longer den usual to get home?! AND IT HAS NOT STOP RAINING!! i hope the weather is good on friday and saturday... STRADBROKE!!!
