semester has officially started for 4 weeks.. not that it matters to me... since i dont really go by semesters.. bleah.. what holidays man.. only thing i go by sem is my tutoring.. started polymerising.. whee.. did a very smart thing today.. while re-drying my dear products.. i decide to place them in the oven.. 10 mins later it melted... -_-... heng i still go a fair bit left on the filter paper.. can do nmr and hopefully gpc.. or i really GG... had a busy weekend last two weeks... that and i had been procrastinating on updating the blog.. 2 weekend ago.. had greek dinner with the PAPS pple on thurs eleanor's phd completion dinner and fridays on friday for fer's birthday... fer made good sunrise.. haha.. weekend was burnt by celebrating NATIONAL DAY!! sat was at mitre.. we had tons of singapore food... and desserts.. we even have the singapore flag! sunday was spent at warren st.. where we watched the parade.. after a hearty dinner prepared by all of us.. (again pot luck with singapore food.. seems like singaporeans love pot luck.. haha) i like this year's parade.. damn not there to witness.. and of course all of us did the pledge moment.. only we were not that patriotic, standing up with our fists clenched over our heart.. but we did recite the pledge.. even attempted the chinese one.. 我们是新加坡公民,誓言不分种族etc.... (i know how to recite, dont know the characters.. =x) just like that the week gone and into another week... kdinner on friday night and ekka on saturday! gosh i love ekka.. spent a bomb but it was cool.. 1st time ever i saw drifting live.. and motorcross stunts.. not forgetting vehicles stunts.. bought show bags this time round and took some rides.. haha.. had a great time.. lol.. oh oh and took photo with a real llama!!!! damn cute and soft... haha.. it reminded me of kuzco from emperor new groove.. wahaha... too bad i didnt get the chance to milk a cow because i didnt want to wait for 20 mins.. ah well... for my busy weekends.. photos are up on facebook.. well most of them.. the PAPS pple photos i have yet to upload...
